Grenada Citizenship by Investment
To obtain Grenadian citizenship through investment, applicants must make a substantial economic contribution to the nation or purchase a government-approved asset. Following a rigorous vetting and due diligence process, including comprehensive background checks, citizenship is granted to the applicant and their family.
Requirements of Grenadian Citizenship by Investment
To be eligible for Grenadian citizenship, the main applicant must be over 18 years old, fulfill all application requirements, and choose one of two investment options.
- National Transformation Fund (NTF) Donation: A single applicant or a family of up to four can contribute a minimum non-refundable USD 235,000 to the NTF.
- Real Estate Investment: Invest at least USD 270,000 in a government-approved property, plus an additional non-refundable USD 50,000 (for a single applicant or a family of up to four). If resold to another Citizenship by Investment investor, the property must be held for five years. Otherwise, it can be sold at any time.
